Executive Director, L-com Incorporated (previous position: President) 1993 to 2006
L-com is a successful manufacturer/direct marketer of cable assembly and connectivity products.  Located in North Andover, the company has 130+ full time employees and revenues of $30+ million per year.  My role was to direct the management of the organization and help to strategize the company’s growth initiatives.  During my tenure, the company grew from $5M to $30M in revenues and was profitable each year.  Recent accomplishments include the completion of very complex e-commerce initiatives, numerous trips to China to build international partnerships, a successful recapitalization of the company via a stock sale to a private equity organization and assistance with a $30 million add on acquisition in 2007.
